Our Story
Green Earth Peanut Company Limited is the brainchild of Jamaican entrepreneur Akeem Edwards who had a vision to strengthen the local peanut sector, while providing peanut and peanut derivatives to the Jamaican consumer.
Given enough traction, a bit of blood, sweat, tears and a lot of elbow grease, our plant became operational. For nearly a decade, Green Earth Peanut has been a growing business whose sole intention is to be the tip of the spear for the families we serve and the companies who buy our products.

Learn a bit about us and our products
Most confectionery products are at their best flavour for six to 12 months after manufacture. Products kept beyond the recommended “best before date" may have flavour loss or texture changes. Keep in mind, that storage conditions greatly affect the quality of our products.
Every person’s situation is unique to his/her own allergen concerns. When a product does contain a major allergen, it is listed as an ingredient in our products. This list of ingredients can change, therefore we strongly encourage you to check the ingredient label on the packages before you make a purchase.
Our current product offerings are all gluten free.
Our peanut brittle is bitesize and weighs approximately 9 grams and measures almost the length of your pinkie.
Peanuts have a glycemic index (GI) score of just 14 and a glycemic load (GL) of 1, making them one of the lowest scoring GI foods. This low impact on blood sugar levels is one reason why peanuts can be a good snack for people with diabetes.

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, delivery will be made within 24 to 48 hours. However, if we are experiencing high volumes, notice will be given on delivery status.
